Lauren is my kind of bride! She called me a few weeks before her wedding to stress how important her wedding day timeline was and how she wanted to make sure we stay on schedule. I LOVE a bride with a schedule! Her wedding day itinerary reminded me a lot of my own and I knew we were going to hit it off perfectly.
We started the day getting ready at the Blue Bay Inn located in Highlands, NJ and then headed over to an emotional ceremony at the Church of the Precious Blood in Monmouth Beach. Lauren’s dad was simply taken back by her beauty and wore his heart on his sleeve the entire day. I had to wipe tears from my eyes multiple times before the ceremony even started.
We spent a few moments at the Twin Lights State Historical Site chatting it up and capturing some gorgeous moments with the bridal party and the bride and groom. A couple, married 50 years that day, were renewing their vowels on top of the cliff as we were taking our photos. It was really magical and touched both Lauren and Chris that the daughter of the couple wanted a photo of all 4 of them together.
Finishing the night at the Water Witch Club with great food, fun dancing, lawn games and a fire, all while looking over the amazing New York City. Thanks for having me and enjoy a look into the wedding day of Lauren and Chris.
